Among Bassano's food specialties we point out Bigoli pasta,  Asparagus D.O.C. and Red Chicory besides the traditional italian cookery and various wine and gastronomic tours. Bassano is also renowned for the production of Grappa. Just beside the Ponte Vecchio there are the old premises of  Nardini distillery which are worth visitng.
